Make $$$ - Sales Agency Agreement
1. Market Scope:
Full container loads, less than full container loads, project cargo and any, and all cargo between the U.S./Canada and CIS, Europe, Far East, Mexico, and all world-wide origins and destinations.
2. Territory:
On an account by account basis as agreed with the express written approval of RCL Agencies, Inc. should an account be inactive for six (6) months, then it will be considered an "open account" to which the sales associate will not be involved unless otherwise agreed by RCL Agencies, Inc.
3. Commissions:
We will provide you with a net rate on a "move by move" basis. Division of revenue will be as follows: one third to the sales agent , or as agreed. Net costs are defined as, but not limited to:
Ocean freight, CAF, BAF, THC, CSC, Precarriage, Oncarriage, Container rental, Container per diem, Container Demmurage, Insurance costs, Container purchases (when applicable), Brokerage, Freight forwarder compensation, Foreign agents fee, any and all out of pocket expenses associated with moving cargo from origin to destination.
4. RCL Will Include...
The sales associate in our company brochure and also provide RCL Agencies, Inc. business cards, should that be requested.
5. An Account Number...
Will be established for all of the associate's accounts so proper sales credit wil be given.
5.1 Bookings and Sales...
Figures will be made available on a monthly basis.
6. Commissions
Will be paid within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice, assuming all freight charges have been paid in full.
CREDIT:
6.1 Collect Freight:
All freight charges are due prior to cargo release.
6.2 Prepaid Freight:
All freight charges are due within twenty one (21) days from date of invoice. A credit application must be filled out and approved by RCL Agencies, Inc. prior to the extension of credit.
7. Cancellations:
This Agreement may be canceled by written request via registered mail and ninety days notice.
